At Rootz to Gemz, many of our products are handmade, spiritual, and personal-care items. Because of the nature of these goods, we maintain a strict but fair policy to protect product integrity, hygiene, and energetic quality.

All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds on:
• Yoni care products (oils, washes, herbs, steams)
• Herbal blends
• Body products
• Spiritual or ritual items
• Opened or used products
• Sale items
These items cannot be returned due to health, safety, and energetic handling considerations.
Waist Beads Exchange Policy
Your adornment should last with proper care.
If your waist bead string breaks within 14 days of purchase due to a craftsmanship issue (not pulling, cutting, or misuse), you may exchange it for a replacement strand of equal value.
To qualify:
• Beads must be returned
• Damage must not be due to force or improper handling
• Exchange must be requested within 14 days
After 14 days, restringing services may be available for a small fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A photo of the packaging
We will review and offer a replacement if approved.
Workshops, Services & Appointments
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
• Missed appointments are non-refundable
This protects the time and preparation involved in holding your session.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Rootz to Gemz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered.
