Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rootz to Gemz. As a small, intentional business, our shipping schedule is designed to ensure care, accuracy, and energetic integrity when preparing your items.

Shipping Days

 

We ship orders once per week on Tuesdays.

 

To be included in that week’s shipment, your order must be placed by:

Sunday at 11:59 PM (EST)

 

Orders placed after this time, including all Monday orders, may not ship until the following Tuesday.

 

Processing Time

 

Please allow time for:

• Order preparation
• Packaging
• Energetic handling of spiritual items

 

Processing times are built into our weekly shipping schedule.

 

Shipping Carriers

 

We use trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Once your order leaves our space, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

 

Rootz to Gemz is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Carrier errors
• Weather disruptions
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

 

Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

 

Address Accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

 

Damaged Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of packaging

 

We will review and determine if a replacement is appropriate.
